Union Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (M/o MSMEs) has issued Gazette notification to pave way for implementation of the upward revision in the definition and criteria of MSMEs in the country. The new definition and criterion will come into effect from 1st July, 2020.

सोसाइटी रजिस्टेशन ऐक्ट 1860. वैज्ञानिक शैक्षणिक, धर्मार्थ एवं कल्याणार्थ हेतु निर्मित समितियों के पंजीकरण एवं प्रत्येक पांच वर्ष बाद पंजीकृत समितियों के नवीनीकरण का कार्य इस अधिनियम के अन्तर्गत किया | सोसाइटी रजिस्ट्रेशन का मतलब है किसी गैर-सरकारी संगठन (एनजीओ) या सोसाइटी को सरकार के साथ पंजीकृत करना। यह अधिनियम, 1860 के तहत किया जाता है, जिसका उद्देश्य विभिन्न धर्मार्थ, साहित्यिक, वैज्ञानिक या अन्य समान उद्देश्यों के लिए काम करने वाले संगठनों को कानूनी मान्यता और सुरक्षा प्रदान करना है।
